Any 'non-creamy' crockpot chicken breast recipes?
All the recipes I have found call for creamy soup, but my boyfriend wont eat anything with any sort of cream (creamy soups, sour cream, mayo, etc.,...). Does anyone know of any crockpot recipes that I can make with boneless-skinless chicken breast that doesn't call for these kind of ingredients, or do I need skin-on chicken to make them work?

- Beef or chicken stew in a crock pot or in a pan on the stove: cut up a chicken breast, celery stick, carrot stick, and onion. Put all into a pot, cover with water, and cook on medium low for 30 minute to one hour (depending on the size of the chicken-just make sure the chicken is cooked through). If you like it brothy, leave it like that. If you want it thicker..take about one tablespoon of corn starch or 2 tbsp of flour and mix it with some a couple of tbsp of cold water in a small bowl. Once it is completely mixed (no lumps) add it to the stew pot and turn up the heat. Once it boils for a few minutes turn the heat back down. This should thicken it.
- I take frozen chicken breasts, put them in the crock pot, add 1 cup chicken broth, some thyme, sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach, 2T capers and cook on low all day. By using frozen chicken it doesn't become dry. This is an awesome meal especially served with a garlic angel hair pasta.
