Do roosters rotate between which hens they mate with?

I have two roosters and nine hens who are always together. I have noticed how all but two of the hens have the telltale feathers missing on their backs from mating. Are the roosters ignoring them because they are the two biggest hens or because they are rotating between which hens they mate with?

1. They may be bigger the the roosters or the roosters are being intiminated by the bigger hens.
