What is a healthy easy chicken and rice recipe?

I have rice a roni, regular rice, chicken breasts, tons of spice, and other things I can add. What is an easy recipe I can make with those?

  1. 7 Minute Dinner Recipe: In a sauce pot, boil 2 cups water once boiling…immediately add in the following order: 2 cups instant brown rice (Minute Maid now makes) 1 cup frozen veggies (Zen Garden by Europe’s Best is good; can use peas/corn) 1/2 cup pre-cooked roasted chicken strips (Lilydale Brand is excellent) 1 Tablespoon butter pinch salt Put lid on and turn to low for 5 min. Take a casserole dish and fill it with equal parts rice and chicken broth. If no chicken broth, use water and spice generously. Place your chicken breasts on top of the rice in the pan, and cover with tinfoil. Cook for an hour until chicken is cooked through.

Remove from oven and serve.Makes 4 servings. s******************************s Healthy and Easy Chicken Recipes Grilled Chicken and Rice Salad Start to Finish: 30 minutes Ingredients * 1 recipe Thyme Vinaigrette * 12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or thighs * 1 cup loose-pack frozen French-cut green beans * 2 cups cooked brown rice and wild rice blend, chilled * 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered * 1 cup shredded red cabbage * 1/2 cup shredded carrot * 1 green onion, sliced * Lettuce leaves (optional) Directions Prepare Thyme Vinaigrette. Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons of the vinaigrette; set aside the remaining vinaigrette until ready to serve. Grill chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once halfway through grilling. Add oil to skillet; saute garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, and Tabasco for 2 to 3 minutes. Add precooked rice and saute for 5 more minutes.
