Can you please give me a chicken casserole recipe that uses stuffing and.....?
..doesn't use any soup. I have 'Stove Top' stuffing and skinless, boneless chicken breasts to work with. Thank you so much! ~*~GOD BLESS~*~

- You can make chicken croquettes: Mix the stuffing with cut up cooked chicken pieces to form patties. Season to taste. Saute in butter or oil in pan for a few minutes on each side til golden brown.
- I have an awesome recipe for you. It's quick and easy. I make it all the time and my family loves it. You will need: 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 3/4 cup water 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix 8 bone-in and skin-on chicken legs Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in water, stuffing mix until well blended. Cover and set aside. Insert your fingers carefully between the meat and skin of each chicken leg to form a pocket. Fill pockets evenly with the stuffing mixture. Place, filled sides up, in shallow baking pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. NOTE: You can use the chicken breast too. Jus make a slit in the middle of the breast, stuff it and cook for half the time.
- I've found variations of this recipe online. I tweak it someone for my family, but however you use it, we always love it. INGREDIENTS - 1 1/3 cups boiling water - 3 tablespoons butter - 1 package (6 ounces) Pepperidge Farm One Step Stuffing Chicken Mix - 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil - 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed INSTRUCTIONS Stir the water, butter and vegetable/seasoning mix in a large bowl until the butter is melted. Add the stuffing and mix lightly. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange the chicken over the stuffing mixture. Stir the cheese, oil and basil in a small bowl and spread the mixture evenly over the chicken. Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken and stir the stuffing.
