I have some franks redhot original sauce mix. I was going to put these on my smoker. The recipe says to cook in an oven, dip in sauce and serve. Anyone ever try these in a smoker? What I mean by my smoker is charcoal/hickory on one side of the grill and the wings on the other side with a bowl of water under it. The charcoal/wood is in the same smoker grill.
