Is this diet healthy?
Note: I don't eat all of these at once, these are just the options I have and I use different combos of the options. Breakfast Options- Cereal (Cheerios or some kind of wheat), all w/ fruit Oatmeal PB an J (natural peanut butter and low sugar jelly) Snack Options- Pistachio nuts Fruit Low sodium Salsa w/ Ritz toasted chips (basically crackers, 12 crackers are 130, 35 fat) Veggies Fiber bar Lunch Options- Low sodium chicken noodle soup or vegetable soup Turkey sandwich Chicken salad with teaspoon light ranch Tuna sandwich (1 can tuna, 1 tablespoon light mayo, onion, boiled egg white on toasted wheat bread) Ham and cheese sandwich (maybe once a week) PB and J (natural peanut butter and low sugar jelly) Snack Dinner Options- Main Dishes Side Dishes Baked or Grilled chicken wings Broccoli Baked or grilled chicken breast Corn Broccoli Stir Fry w/ chicken 99% Fat Free Vegetarian Chili(beans, chili peppers) Chicken Parmesean (w/ Italian bread crumbs Green Beans tomato sauce, and fresh Parmesean) Greens Also, I take fish oil pills 3 times a day and I drink a Whey protein drink after lifting weights (I lift 4 times a week, cardio 6 times a week). Is this diet healthy enough for me to lose at least 1-2 pounds a week? Should I add or take something out?

- you should eat more fruit and vegetable
- I wouldn't eat pistachios there high in sodium I would eat some all natural almonds or a nut low in salt other than that yea It sounds good
- Yeah that's healthy, just, as the week progresses, add more carbohydrates and proteins to your meals.
- Looks healthy BUT major factor to consider: PORTIONS. For example, you did not indicate how many grilled or baked chicken wings you eat for dinner. A calorie table of common foods would be helpful to your diet. See a nutritionist and find out your recommended daily calorie intake, which would depend on your diet goals (loss weight, maintain weight, gain weight, etc.). Also make sure you get at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables, and 8 glasses of liquid a day. Clean plain water is the best and safest. And take your vitamin and mineral supplements. Again, all these should be consulted with a doctor or nutritionist. Good Luck!
- Hi this may help, I struggeled for many years trying to lose weight I thought I had tried every weight loss program on the planet, and almost none of the worked for any long period of time. Just when I had decided to just accept me for who I was I found this program called diet solutions of all things... LOL But it worked at least so far... LOL You may want to check it out and see if it helps... Good Luck
- Just about all the diets I used made me feel weak, I didn't like that. I wanted to loose weight but still feel good. Here's something that helped me reach my goal weight and didn't take too much time out of my day.
