I'm trying to lose weight. Did I eat healthy today?
Breakfast 1 small banana- 90 calories --------------------------------------… Snack 1 pouch of Chex Mix Traditional Chex Mix- 210 calories --------------------------------------… Lunch about 5 spoonfuls of chicken salad(I'm not sure how many calories it was, I got it from school but it looked healthy) 5 sunshine krispy saltine cracker- 60 calories --------------------------------------… Snack 1 medium sized green apple- 36 calories --------------------------------------… Dinner 1 bowl of Knorr Butter And Herb Noodles- 280 calories 1 chicken wing- 98 calories --------------------------------------… I only drank water, no juices or sodas, and I didn't eat anything in between... If I keep eating like that, will I lose weight?

- Yes; however, you may want to think about counting carbs and not calories...I have had success (much) that way but not so much via counting calories....because I love to eat! :) Check out Atkins or South Beach and pretty soon you'll fall into your own low carb lifestyle.
- that's 784 calories plus salad. You should aim for around 1000. plus, you should get around 1 hour of cardio-vascular every day. next time, i would skip the fattier foods (chicken wing and chex mix) and aim for foods where the calories in it aren't wasted. For example, you could have had yogurt instead of that chicken wing and gotten some calcium instead of just fat and protein. also, take vitamins daily so you don't miss out on anything and get sick. good luck!
