new recipes for baked chicken?

OK, im dieting and its going so well!! theres only one problem, I eat alot of baked chicken and I am in need of a recipe. Maybe a low cal lemon chicken recipe? I also went to applebees and got the garlic baked chicken (the weight watchers one) and it was awesome! Does anybody know how to make that garlic sauce? thanks guys!!

  1. I don't have a "real" recipe, but this is my favorite baked chicken. I always make an extra breast and use it for chinese chicken salad the next day. Mix together some hoisin sauce, soy sauce, a little sesame oil, some ground or fresh grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped fresh mint leaves in a plastic zipper bag. Add chicken breasts and marinate for an hour or two in the refrigerator. Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes or so.
  2. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- here r a couple of the easiest but best recipes my family just LOVES. pre-heat over to 350 put chicken in baking pan and smother with italian dressing for extra flavor sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. YUMMY cover tightly with foil, throw it in oven for about 2 1/2 hours and u have your self a delicious meal the chicken just falls apart when u touch it with a fork. enjoy now if u want the same delicious meal that falls apart when u touch it with the fork do all the same steps above but instead of smothering in italian smother with a bottle of bar b que sauce. cover and cook 2 1/2 hours and tah dah dinner is served and your family will be happy Source(s): my source is i have the worlds pickiest eaters and they love both of these and every time company comes over they ask me for my recipes to these chicken meals

Margarita Chicken-Weight Watchers 1/2 cup frozen nonalcoholic margarita mix - thawed 3 tbsp lime juice - freshly squeezed 1 clove garlic - crushed (or more) 3 pounds broiler or fryer chicken - cut up (3 to 3 1/2) OR 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves Coarse salt Directions Mix margarita mix, lime juice and garlic in a large resealable freezer plastic bag. Add chicken to bag. Seal and turn a few times to coat chicken. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally. Marinate at least 1 hr, but no longer than 24 hrs. Remove chicken from bag & reserve marinade. On your grill place chicken, skin side up on grill, Brush with marinade and sprinkle with some salt. Cover grill with lid & grill 5 to 6" from medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn chicken, brush with remaining marinade and sprinkle with more salt. Cover & grill 20 to 40 minutes longer until chicken tests done. 6 servings Per Serving (1 boneless, skinless chicken breast): 128 Calories; 1g Fat (10.5% calories from fat); 26g Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 66mg Cholesterol; 74mg Sodium. You can find a low-cal salsa and try this recipe for a zesty and delicious chicken: You need: 4 pieces boneless chicken breast 1 medium jar chunky salsa, medium to spicy Kosher salt 1 lemon Dry parsley Directions: 1.Preheat the oven to 350F 2.Rinse the boneless chicken breast pieces, trim the fat. Set on a plate. 3.Squeeze the lemon juice on each piece, season with kosher salt and parsley flakes. Do this on both sides. 4.Take a medium-size baking dish and generously cover the bottom of it with salsa. Place the chicken breast over the salsa. 5.Cover the chicken with more salsa on top. Just scoop a tablespoon of salsa on each piece and spread. 6.Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. 7.Take the chicken out of the oven and cover the dish with tinfoil. Return to the oven covered for 15 more minutes at 350F. Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 45 minutes.
