can some one tell me about poultry farming?

Can some one explain to me about poultry factory in us how it works , how you start if you want to the knowledge about the chickens will be enough for that or something else. How much profit you have to spend?

1. Their are many different types of poultry farming. If your thinking of chickens you should consider wether you would raise them for eggs or meat. For layers, you would hatch them out and only keep the females. The males are not worth raising because they produce scrawny, boney carcasses. You would need a professional vent sexer if you wanted to keep the hens and dispose of the cockrels at a young age. Meat birds take about 6 weeks to raise to slaughter age. The cocks and hens are raised together on large floors with bedding. Other options are turkeys, ducks or geese for meat. Those are just the basics, obviously there is more to learn.
2. Poultry are birds that are rear for for their eggs and meat.Their main importance ,they serve us for food.,they create employment for people,they gives us meat.
