Hip-hop and Rap Experts! What is this song?

I found this song a couple months ago that I really liked, but I forgot the name of the artist and of the song. Here's what I do know: It was a rap song The music video featured a black guy (the artist) and basically, he dreams he's on a beach somewhere with his buddy (I believe this part is in black and white) and he sees a really hot black chick on the beach and they hit it off At some point (I could be wrong) I think the video switches to color At the end of the song we see the artist was only daydreaming after looking at a magazine with the girl on it on a magazine stand. The song features lyrics that are something like: "how you gonna act like that?" or something Before you answer! ITS NOT THAT FREAKING TYRESE GUY TOO $HORT or LEE CAR it was an upbeat and catchy tune, not a slow grind thing. Please help, this is killing me! BTW I don't think he was a big name rapper Yeah you suck Pilchers, freakin' troll Like I said, I'm pretty sure he wasn't a big name guy, so he probably wasn't on MTV, I found him on the internet. Let me ask a follow-up question, sorry if it's in the wrong category: why do people like pilchers and lords[um waste their time answering questions they don't know the answer to? Are they: A. Retarded B. Bored, because they have nothing better to do. C. Some sort of combination of A and B
