When do I add water to my incubator for chicken eggs?

I have a styrofoam 40 watt 110 volt ac miller mfg. Co inc (still air incubator). I have used it before but I have seemed to misplace the directions so I'm not sure when to add water for the first time or when I need to flip my eggs. Help my baby peepers please!
