  1. Try marinading in something like Italian dressing. The oil will help the chicken from becoming dry. Simple and tasty.
  2. My husband seasons his with some BBQ sauce what ever is your favorite and let it marinate for a few hours before cooking and then throw on the grill when ready. What I do with chicken is I marinate with balsamic vinaigrette dressing for a few hours before cooking and you will get a nice juicy chicken with great flavor. The neighborhood is having a BBQ on Monday as well and that is what I'm making.
  3. foodnetwork.com they have a lot of helpful recipes from good chefs
  4. You can find a couple of good ways on www.all-about-meat.com. I know soy sauce helps and onion powder. It's listed in detail on the site.
  5. Italian dressing marinade is a big YUM! I also like to slice them halfway (butterfly style), and add a slice of lemon and a bit of fresh garlic. Then salt and pepper after turning on the grill. You can buy dozens of different marinades, or make your own... from as simple as olive oil and pepper to as complex as dill infused oil and balsamic vinaigrette with basil and cherry.
