I need a grilled chicken recipe for a date?
So I have a girl coming over, and I said I'd cook something for her, as I fancy myself to be quite the cook. However, I need a grilled chicken recipe for something... delicious and impressive. Something that makes me seem classy.. because I quite enjoy my classy side. And perhaps a suggestion of wine to compliment the dish. I was thinking perhaps some sort of marinade? Thank you for any recommendations you make.

- Grilled Chicken with White Wine Mushroom Sauce and a bottle of wine wine.
- My favorite thing is to marinate boneless skinless chicken breasts in italian salad dressing for at least an hour and grill .I grill fresh vegetables to go with it.
- Just take some boneless chicken breasts and season with a dry bbq rub. Grill over medium heat about 5-6 mins per side depending on the thickness. Serve along side some Grilled Corn or Asparagus and enjoy.
- McCormick makes a tasty marinade. The one my son and his girlfriend prefer is called Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade. My son made it for his girl a couple of years ago. It is her favorite! Whenever he cooks for her, she requests it! Here is a link with a picture of it and directions. http://www.mccormick.com/Products/GrillMates/Marinades/Grill-Mates-Zesty-Herb-Marinade.aspx Sorry, I can't help with the wine part. Whatever you have, enjoy your dinner date.
