Best ways to grill chicken with George Foreman?

I really love my George foreman, but I am pretty sure that my grilled chicken could be better than im making it. I mean, the pics of grill chicken made on a george foreman look great. Mine is often blackish burned on top. I also marinate it. The chicken is all right, but I know it could be better. Any ideas on how to improve it? I'd also like recipes etc.

1. I love my george foreman grill too. One thing you need to do is turn the chicken halfway when it's halfway cooked. I love to use Italian dressing on my chicken.
