Easy Chicken/Beef SPINACH Casserole FOR ONE OR TWO?

- Chicken Spinach Casserole Ingredients: 1 boneless chicken breasts 4 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces frozen spinach 1/2 small chopped white onion 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 whole finely chopped carrots (you can use a food processor) 1/2 dash pepper 1/2 dash salt (optional) 1 (5 ounce) package crescent roll dough Directions: 1 Cook the chicken for 8 mins in microwave. 2 Chop cooked chicken. Set aside. 3 Warm cream cheese until soft;. 4 add cooked spinach. 5 Mix well with cream cheese. 6 Add garlic powder, carrots, and dash of pepper and salt. 7 Add chicken, mix well, lay in baking dish,. 8 smooth out. 9 Place dough on top of mixture. make sure that dough covers whole dish. 10 Pinch seams together. 11 Follow baking instructions on crescent roll package.Servings:2 ------------------------------------------------------------------ BEEF AND SPINACH CASSEROLE Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground beef 7 1/2 oz tomato sauce 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 3/4 cup bow tie pasta (farfalle bow tie pasta uncooked) 5 oz spinach (frozen chopped, thawed and drained) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Method 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a pan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. 2 Crumble ground beef into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly until evenly browned. Drain excess grease, and stir in the tomato sauce, sour cream and thyme. 3 Place the cooked pasta into the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour the ground beef mixture over the pasta. Cover with a layer of spinach. Top with shredded cheese. 4 Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until heated through and lightly browned on the top.
