How to cook these chicken wings..?

I have some chicken wings, i have a small fry daddy. I was wondering how long do I need to fry them to make them extra cripsy. Also how do I bread them to make sure they are crispy when cooked? Thanks. Also is it best to add the wing sauce to them right after they cook or wait?

  1. O.K......I learned this from a restaurant known for the best wings (arnt they all lol) But this place is really the shiz nitz! Number one MUST for crispiness and flavor, PEANUT OIL. It is expensive but worth it for crispy hot wings. To insure they are cooked through I bake them and then fry them in very hot peanut oil. How hot does your fry baby get? No breading needed if done right plus I think breading them ruins them. I put the sauce on about five minutes after they come out of the oil, let them cool just a tad but defiantly don't wait too long. You want to serve them hot and crispy. Wings get soggy if they sit too long with the sauce and ruins the crispiness too.

  3. dredge the wings in seasoned flour....get some buttermilk. whisk an egg in it and soak the wings in this for just a minute or so. return to the flour and coat. frying them is easy, just don't overcrowd the fryer...you know when they are cooked when they completely float to the top of the oil and are attaining a golden brown color. if you like them spicier...add some hot sauce to the buttermilk.
  4. personally i would season them with salt pepper and any other herb or spice youd like, mixed herbs or chilli powder, or paprika, then i would grill them medium heat 10 minutes each side, then they are wicked crispy and beautiful :P dont bother flouring them or frying them extra unhealthyness NOT NEEDED for anyone! seriously mega good!
