Can I Hatch Birds in a Reptile Incubator?

Is there any real difference?

1. as long as the temp. is right, i dont see a problem with it
2. As long as you can set the temperature and humidity correctly for the species of bird you want to hatch and there is means to turn the eggs 1/4 turn 3-4 times daily for the turning period of incubation then I don't see why not?
