How do I build a 3' by 3' chicken coop?

I right now have chickens, and I would like to make a really easy to use chicken coop for my mom, when I go to college. I want to paint it purple, and have a pull out litter tray, have a flower box, along with the nesting boxes. I want to make it very beautiful and easy to use. I am thinking of putting a couple small windows in it. I want it beautiful, for my mom. Anyone know how I can do this? It doesn't have to be what I want, just a small coop to fit 2-4 chickens. It must be pretty, and easy to use.
