Grill italian marinated chicken or Bake in italian dressing?

My fiance is coming over for dinner this week and I was just wondering what would be the better dish? Grilled chicken breast (on a George Foreman, I live in an apartment and cant have a real one) thats been marnated in italian dressing or chicken baked in a pyrex dish with italian dressing? Also, about how long should they take? And what are some good side options? I have some ideas but wanted more.

  1. grill it , more flavor and tender. if u try to cook it the marinade will burn and become bitter but grilled u get the right amount of taste and flavor... the chicken on a grill takes about 4-6 mins per side and some good sides would be pasta with sauce, and some garlic bread and a salad. also maybe some chocolate dipped strawberries, or some chocolate cake for dessert...
  2. The baked dish might be better. I don't know if the marinated chicken might make too much smoke. Have fresh corn on the cob and a starch. Potatoes or a light pasta dish or a salad.
  3. Try shake and bake chicken... Marinate it with Italian dressing it is so yummy..... It should take 30 min... With a good salad... Garlic toast and mac and cheese... Or chicken rice.... Corn on the cob. Potatoes... Just choice a side item and your good to go....
  4. i would grill it. it would only take about ten minutes to grill it. rice pilaf, a vegetable and a salad would go great with the chicken.
