Calories in a Chicken wing??!!?

I always see different answers to this-- from 100-300 a wing?! One of those little things cant be 300 calories! Im talking about one about this size: http://www.google.ca/m/search?site=images&source=mog&hl=en&gl=ca&client=safari&q=chicken%20wings&sa=N#i=0 Also, is there any lower calorie flavours I can get? Cause im guessing salt & pepper is lower calorie than honey BBQ right?

2. Suprisingly, it could be 300 calories. It depends on the cooking, preparation, and other ingredients that are added to the chicken in order to maintain in their "wanting" conditions. I suggest you put down that chicken wing and grab something else to eat. Most dressings and other flavors to add more calories than you may want. Between honey BBQ and Salt and Pepper, get S&P.
