- The majority of the fat in chicken, is in the skin. So if you peal off the skin, then grill. You are better off.
- There is fat in chicken but you dad is right about grilling or baking the chicken instead of frying. Here is the url to a website that will give you the calories and fat grams in different pieces of chicken. http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/calories/calorie_counter/chicken_meat.htm#cbfillet
- What are chicken sticky things? Frying adds fat to a food, grilling, boiling and roasting and some of the fat comes out of the food. Im not sure how much fat will be left in the chicken. It is however dangerous to your health to completely remove, or reduce to as low as possible, a food group - you need them all (including fats) in the right propottions for your body to work well
- I WISH your Dad was right :) . If you are talking about the skin like other posters said peel it off it holds TONS of fat . It doesnt matter how much you grill the heck out of it . I will add chicken breast does have fat even if you peel the skin off BUT its a GOOD FAT :) .
