  1. Chicken has a very thin line between perfectly cooked and overcooked. If the grill is hot, cut into one after about 5 minutes per side (or even less). As soon as the juices are clear inside and not pink, it's done. Overcooking will make them dry & tough.
  2. depends on the grill my grill has three burners putt them in the middle on low and the other burners on high . keep an eye on them till the red juice ( blood ) stops running out. Make sure if any juice runs out its clear
  3. If the chicken breasts are boneless (which is generally recommended for grilling over the same type of direct-medium fire as recommended for steaks), you may want to try the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Enter the details for each item you will be grilling, such as cut of steak, thickness and desired doneness and it will give you instructions for how to grill steaks and boneless chicken breasts so that everything comes off the grill at the same time, cooked the way you want it. It works with both gas and charcoal grills.
