How do I Marinate Chicken for a Grill ???
I tried to grill a chicken the other day (I put thighs and breasts on the grill and waited for an hour), but it came out rather dry and tasteless/ I heard it needs to be marinated before grilling. How do I do that ??? Thank you in advance.

- yeah toss into marinate for awhile and cook slowly.
- Make your sauce the night before you plan to grill--there's an infinite amount online. Let those chicken pieces sit in that sauce overnight, then grill it. You can even use the sauce to brush on as you're grilling, for extra flavor...
- there are so many marinades, it'd take a book to type them out here. Depends on what your flavor likes are.. but if you decide on one, just cut the chicken up or if you have the precut pieces, just put them in a huge freezer bag, or covered bowl, pour over your favorite marinade and let soak for 4 hours at least, best overnight.. Also to get the flavor somewhat into the meat, take a tiny pearing knife and slightly cut tiny 1inch slits into the meaty parts of each piece (just one or two slits) and it allows the marinade to penitrate more.. goodluck!.. any marinade will do.. BBQ sauce, ,, italian salad dressing,,, teriaki marinade sauce (prebottled).. homemade sauces.. just try a few..
- You can also try putting the breasts in a tin foil pouch with the same marinate, that will keep it juicy. Also you and boil the chicken first for about 20 or 20 minutes in chicken broth. That will make sure the chicken is cooked and then you will just need to grill long enough to get the "Grilled" effect.
- You can marinade it over night or you can grill it for a few minutes to get the grilled flavor and bake it for 30 min or until internal temp reaches 175 F. It will stay juicy and look and taste like you grilled it.
- We must leave the chicken in onions, salt and pepper and tomato for one hour after taking the Grill
- just to give you an idea, when i make grilled chicken wings (bone included), it takes me no more than 5 minutes to cook the chicken wing. i would recommend using boneless chicken since it'll cook much faster. a simple marinade: 1 cup shoyu, 1/2 cup sugar or fruit juice, 1 cup water, (optional-chopped/minced ginger, onion, and garlic). marinade at least an hour, overnight better. right before grilling, add quarter cup of oil and grill. start with high heat, grill the meat. the oil will prevent sticking. if meat it thin, then flip it over. if meat is thicker, then cook at lower heat for several minutes, turn the heat up and flip the meat over. turn heat lower and cook till meat looks plump. don't flip the chicken over and over again since this will make it dry. bon appetit!
- The first thing I will say is you way over cooked it, 1 hour is too long. For a real easy marinade I use part of a bottle of Italian salad dressing in a large zip lock bag, leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, 4 would be better. Grill over medium heat until just done, the time will depend on the size of the pieces and the grill temp. A meat thermometer will tell you the internal temp more accurately
- use raw papaya pulp and curd, salt and turmeric ,when should i come for the chick?with good thighs and breasts, hey u excite me
