- I have not had good luck grilling breaded chicken...the breading falls off for some reason and it makes a real mess on the grill.
- probably not because it would fall off and burn. It also defeats the purpose thats why at places they ask you if you want it grilled or crispy because you cant have both.
- I wouldn't Grilled them, may put them in the Deep Frier!
- Won't work to well unless you use indirect heat. Grilling breaded chicken would burn the outside without cooking the chicken all the way through. Breaded chicken is usually fried or baked.
- Grilled Breaded Chicken (serves 8) Grill (gas or charcoal) Ingredients: 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream 1/4 cup lemon juice 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon celery salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each) 2 cups crushed seasoned stuffing Refrigerated butter-flavored spray In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Coat both sides of chicken with stuffing crumbs; spritz with butter-flavored spray. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 8-14 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once. Yield: 8 servings.
