What lung problems come from breathing chicken coop dust?

I recently had to clean out a chicken coop. I was unaware that my chest would hurt so bad afterwards. I have a very bad cough and it hurts to breathe or talk. Could this be the start of a serious problem or are my lungs just a little irritated. I only cleaned it about 12 hrs ago.

1. Could be Amazonian cluck cluck fever. Usually passes in 3 days.
2. Just one incident like this probably won't cause something serious. But don't breathe in a bunch of dust regularly.
