can u grill chicken thighs on a George Foreman grill? If so how long do they take to fully cook?

Also I made a homemade concotion (marinade) of o.j. vinegar soy sauce garlic & pineapple juice...I want to cook some pineapples with the chicken what do u suggest? forgot..they are boneless skinless

  1. I have only cooked boneless chicken breasts on G.F. grill. Not sure how a bone-in food would do on it.
  2. yes you can---but would work better if you take out the bones----i suggest turning them over frequently and making sure they are thawed out. take about 15-20 minutes maybe more depending how thick they are----just stick a fork in them to see if they are still pink inside.

  4. I have found that you need to fillet the chicken or butterfly it and lay it out flat. When I have cooked chicken breasts, they plump up in the George Foreman and the outside gets too done while the inside is still raw. Before you cook it brush it with Olive Oil. It helps seal the juices.
