- brine it for like an hour or two (1/2 cup of salt dissolved in 2 quarts of water) to keep it moist pat it dry then rub it with whatever you like. If it has a little brown sugar in it, there will be a crust. grill and consume.
- use a LOW heat and cover them with the grill lid. Makes it nice and charred on the outside but still juicy and moist on the inside. I always cut mine to make sure it's cooked thoroughly (it should be white with no pink). I also usually flip all the breasts twice. I made some the other night. Happy grilling :]
- brining is a good way to go. or you can just sprinkle it with salt and pepper right before grilling. make sure chicken is dry so pat it dry. also try not to flip it too early, let it cook on one side ontil you get nice and crispy color, then turn it over. use meat thermometer to make sure it's done (165 F). Also if chicken breast is very thick you should cut it in half
- It requires to have the skin still on. If you are talking about the BBQ grill cook skin up first, and if using the grill in the oven cook with the skin-side down first. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side checking them to see how well cooked it is.
- Marinate it for a few hours before grilling in your choice of marinade. You can wrap it in foil for the first 20 minutes then fold back the foil to finish it so the skin will be crisp.
- You can use either charcoal or gas barbecue grill to cook the chicken breasts. Either way you must cook the meat until it is entirely cooked all the way. But remember to never cook the chicken for too long because it will make the meat tough and dry. The heat use for cooking the meat should be medium to high temperature.
