How do I correctly use a George Forman grill?(Chicken)?
I've cooked Grilled Chicken twice on my big George Foreman grill and It always comes out Dry and hard on the outside. What am I doing wrong and How do I fix it to make the chicken tender? Hope theres some experienced users out there somewhere :D I'm a 22 year old male living alone I dunno when things are done lol So how can I check if its done? just cut it a little and see if its red or pink?

- Sounds like you are cooking it too long. The GF grill is fast seriously fast. I take frozen chicken breast and put on my grill without any thawing at all and they are done in just a few minutes. Yes, cut a little bit to see if it's done and once you get the hang of how long it takes you won't have to test it. Happy grillin'
- I suggest getting a marinade for your chicken, marinade in the fridge for 24 hrs. It will help it stay more moist and juicy. Preheat your grill, place chicken on grill and cook for 7-10 mins, I flip once in the middle of the grill time for even cooking. Mine usually gets a bit crisp on the outside but stays pretty moist.
- Preheat grill. Dip the chicken in olive oil and then salt and pepper both sides. Put chicken on grill once it is hot. Grill for 5 minutes and thin flip and cook for 5 more minutes. This chicken is great on sandwiches with swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, and whatever else you like!
- for a start you can use your eyes, i.e. the cookbook which is attached, then you use your common sense and somewhere in betwen you will come upwith a great meal
