- cover with these in this order: Black Pepper, Lawrys Season Salt, Lawrys Garlic Salt it will taste great!
- I don't know if this is what your looking for but maybe you can try this: Slice the piece of chicken breast in half and "fill" or "put" some PESTO in it. (Green or Red - I use Red Pesto) Then you put a string around the chicken breast (Not plastic ofcourse.). You just bake it in a pan, in butter or olive oil.
- Grilled Chicken with Garlic Butter Recipe * 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled * 1/3 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil * 3 cloves garlic * 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano * 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper * 2 3/4 lbs. split chicken breast Directions First, create a Mediterranean butter: using a blender, mix butter, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pepper; process, scraping sides occasionally, until blended. Grill chicken breast, while basting with Mediterranean butter, 30 minutes or until meat is at 170F. Stop basting during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Makes 3 servings. ************************************8 Boursin Cheese Chicken * 4 boneless chicken breast halves * 5 ounces Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs * 1 tablespoons flour * 1/4 cup shredded carrot * 1/4 cup chopped parsley, divided * 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs * 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese * 2 tablespoons butter, melted Directions Place each chicken breast half between two pieces of plastic wrap. Pound chicken breasts with the flat side of a meat mallet until flattened and thinned out. In a small mixing bowl, beat Boursin cheese with flour until smooth. Stir in carrot and half of the parsley. Place about 1/4 of the Boursin mixture on each piece of chicken. Fold in two sides of the chicken breast and roll up burrito style. Press edges to seal. In a small bowl, combine remaining parsley, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Brush chicken rolls with the melted butter then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken rolls in an 8-inch square baking dish, seam side down. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 Servings.
