Chook Me!

I received a small George Foreman G+Broil Grill for Christmas, and I am trying to find some good chicken?

recipes. Does anyone have any good ones. Last night I just grilled some chicken that was marinated in Italian Dressing. It was pretty good, but I am looking for a recipe that has a nice sauce to it. Thanks.

  1. Whole food!
  2. Marinate the chicken in garlic powder (at least a tablespoon, more if you are a garlic fan), ~3 tablespoons of sugar, ~1 teaspoon of ginger, some black pepper, a little salt and 1/4 cup of lite soy sauce. Marinate for about an hour and grill on the George Foreman Grill heres one more CHICKEN TIKKI MASALA 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken cut into cubes Marinade: 1 cup plain yogurt 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons grouud pepper 2 teaspoons ground red pepper (I use A LOT LESS) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 piece minced ginger (1 "inch" long) Sauce: 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic minced 2 teaspoons ground coriander 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garam masala (buy in indian market or specialty shop) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Mix marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for an hour or so. Cook the chicken on BBQ grill threaded on skewers (or your foreman grill ) For sauce, melt butter on medium heat and add garlic cook one minute. Stir in coriander, cumin, paprika, garam masala and salt. Stir in tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cream and simmer to thicken, about 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken and cilantro... serve over jasmine rice
  3. Grill some boneless chicken breast and put a honey and sweet and sour sauce on it and it is goooooooood. Also try grll with lemon pepper mixed with some butter.
  4. I own a George Foreman grill myself and I have to admit that the more plainly grilled chicken meat is my favorite. When you say sauce do you mean a marinade like... barbecue sauce? Or do you just mean seasonings? One of my favorite ways to dress up some chicken is to get some thigh meat or drumstick meat and then debone it and then season with some garlic salt seasoning and some pepper and then grill it and then dress with some lemon juice when it's done. Also, there's a brand of BBQ sauce called Stubb's and their chicken wing sauce - and it's spicy so be careful! - is the bomb for BBQ types of marinades - both as the main marinade and as an additional ingredient. Enjoy your grill!
