i am a stay at home mom and i could use some quick easy and delicious crockpot recipes , anything is appreciated . thank you!

Combine the soup and gravy with poultry seasoning, thyme, and pepper; pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Add the thawed mixed vegetables, turn the slow cooker to HIGH, and continue cooking for 20 to 30 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, bake the biscuits as directed on the package. Split a biscuit and spoon some of the chicken and vegetables over the bottom biscuit. Put the top half of the biscuit on the chicken and gravy. Crockpot Chicken and Corn Chowder Ingredients: 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of potato soup 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup 1 cup diced chicken or about 2 cans (4 to 6 ounces each) chunk chicken 1 can (12 to 15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained 1 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper or roasted red bell pepper 1 can chopped mild green chile 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme 1 cup milk Preparation: Combine the soups, chicken, corn, chicken broth, bell pepper and chile, salt, pepper, and thyme in a 4- to 6-quart crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Add milk and cook for about 30 minutes longer, or until hot. Crockpot Chicken Dinner Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken breast halves 2 pounds small white potatoes, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes 2 medium carrots, cut in chunks 1 medium onion, cut in thin wedges 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 tablespoons melted butter, divided 2 tablespoons Spanish smoked paprika 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon honey Dash salt Dash cumin Preparation: Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine potatoes, carrots, and onion wedges in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the melted butter; toss. Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with the smoked paprika, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and dash of salt and dash of cumin. Rub chicken breasts with the paprika mixture; arrange on vegetables. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, or on LOW for 7 to 9 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 ouncclear.e) can black beans, rinsed and drained (I use Pinto beans) 1 (16 ounce) jar chunky salsa, divided 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese Combine corn, black beans and 1/2 cup of the salsa in a crockpot. Top with chicken; pour the remaining salsa over chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. Sprinkle with cheese; cover until cheese is melted - about 5 minutes. ______________________________________ This one if very good also: CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast 1/2 cup water 3 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 pounds chopped onion (about 2 large) 1 1/2 pounds chopped celery (about 1 bag) 1/3 cup cornstarch 3/4 cup soy sauce 5 tablespoons molasses 2 cans bean sprouts, drained 2 cans water chestnuts, drained 1 can bamboo shoots, drained 2 red peppers, chopped Put the chicken, water, bouillion cubes, onions and celery in crockpot. Cook for 7 - 8 hours on low or until chicken is ready to shred. Shred chicken and add back into crock pot. Add red peppers, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts to slow cooker. Mix soy sauce, molasses and cornstarch in a small bowl and add to the pot. Stir to combine. Cook for about 1 hour on high until slightly thickened.
