Chicken Broccoli casserole recipe...Anyone know this particular one?
My Mom used to make it all the time but now that she has gotten older her memory is not doing so well. I would like to make it for her upcoming birthday in about 2 months but I can't remember the exact measurements of the ingredients. I'm hoping someone out there knows this recipe and can help me out. The ingredients in it are: Chicken Broccoli Cream of chicken soup Mayo Cream cheese I think that's it for the basic recipe. I just need the amounts. Other than that it's just topped sometimes with those crunchy french onion toppers. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!!

- I've had that, but like you, I didn't write down my mom's recipes and now I'm starting to forget them. You can "guestimate" a lot of that. You could go to your mom's like this week with all of the ingredients and tell her you need help making the hot dish because you can't remember how. If she made it all the time, and you kids liked it a lot, I have a hunch she might remember how to make it. Then, in 2 months, you can make it for her and it will be a surprise because she'll forget she helped you with it this week.
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup dry stuffing mix Directions 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2.Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender. 3.In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes
- Ingredients Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed, cooked and chopped Broccoli, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.5 cup Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded Directions Cook chicken breasts and chop into bite size pieces. Layer broccoli with chicken on top in a casserole pan 9x13. Mix all of the remaining ingredients but the shredded cheese and pour on top of the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle on the cheese. Cover and bake at 350 F for 30 min. Serve with rice!
