How can you cook chicken wings or legs?

My husband like spice food in chicken wings I was wonder do anyone have a simple reciepe on how to cook them and add flavor in them like BBQ, Spice, hot sauce, etc. Also just wonder can you use deep fry, and bake them in the oven.

1. u can do fried chicken and add hot sauce in the egg mixture then the flour and fry it
2. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Bake in the oven 400 degree for 45 minutes. When it's done, shake it in a big bowl with hot sauce like Frank's Red Hot.
