What to wear in place of a leather jacket for a biker chick costume?

I'm going to be in a Halloween themed Musical Concert, and my solo requires me to be dressed like a biker chick. What could I do in place of a leather jacket? I know no one who has one that could fit me, and there's no where close by that sells inexpensive ones. What else could I wear in it's place?
