- A simple roast chicken is always yummy. Just put it in a 375 oven for 20 minutes to the pound. I like to cut a lemon in half and put it in the cavity to keep things moist. Then just baste with some melted butter every now and then. I put lemon pepper all over it, too. I like lemon. :-)
- The other night I made baked some chicken breasts using the Shake N Bake for chicken (extra crispy). It was so delicious!!
- Here;s is one of the easiest chicken recipe I know. Take a whole chicken wash it well with water, season it , I use salt pepper, Lawry's, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. But use what you like on chicken salt and pepper work just fine. Chop up vegetables in fairly big pieces, you want them to cook at the same speed as the chicken, I use squash, carrots, celery and potatoes, use what ever you like, but I don't recommend broccoli. Wrap all this up in a piece of aluminum foil and bake for about an hourat 350 degres F.
- lets see: Lawrys makes all a whole bunch of marinades, with real yummy flavors! just marinate the chicken overnight then throw in a glass dish covered with tinfoil and bake til done. I know they have lemon pepper, italian garlic, jerk chicken, louisianna red hot pepper, mexican chicken mole among others.
- A favorite in my house is mustard chicken- use the same chicken pieces you would fry and spread them all over with a mixture of half mayo and half mustard, then roll in italian seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with noodles, rice, or potatoes, and something green.
- This is the BEST.....and easy. Garlic chicken INGREDIENTS 2 teaspoons crushed garlic 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Not very messy either....your kitchen will be clean before it's done cooking. VERY IMPRESSIVE & SIMPLE :) Hope it helps
- set your oven to about 250 put your chicken pieces on bone (I use thigh quarters)and (this is the only way I like thigh's by the way....) you put the pieces in a baking dish and then cover it with a lid or aluminum foil.. you are going to cook these for about 5-6 hours until the chicken is ready to fall off the bone and melt in your mouth!!! you can then either eat them like this or add barbeque sauce (which is wha I usually do) I love using the honey barbeque sauce flavor or spicy barbeque sauce that is an easy, throw in the oven and forget about it all day recipe that comes out sooooooooooooooo delicious!!! Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup of vinegar baked on 350 for about an hour.... its very very yummy and low calorie too! you can also get seasoning packets to marinade the chicken in and then bake it.
- youre very immature. youre 26 and a mother. wow. thats a shocker. you seem more like a teenager to me. oh and im so sad i lost 10 points... HOW RUDE IS THAT?????????
