In a bread bag put a handful of flour and a handful of dry grated Parmesan cheese and some garlic powder. Shake each piece in this and put on a buttered cookie sheet. Cover each with with a dab of butter and put in a preheated 375 oven and cook for 30 minutes or cooked and brown. Delicious , and tender and great served with green beans and wide egg noodles. Bon appetit :)
  5. Yes, purchase some boneless skinless chicken breasts, put them in a fying pan with some water and some spices, like pepper, paprika salt garlic and perhaps herbs, then let simmer for about 25-40 minutes, adding a bit more water so they don't dry out. The chicken will be moist and tender and low fat, low calorie.
