- Budwiser is the best for baking.
- My brother is a chef and swears by using Budweiser! :)
- We tend to be beer snobs, but when it comes to beer can chicken, we use either good ol' Budweiser or Pabst Blue Ribbon. ;) Mmm...as long as the rub on your chicken is good, your final product will be moist and oh-so-tasty!
- Foster's. It's the perfect size for sticking up a chicken's butt!! Oh, and the flavor is great, too. ;)
- miller but u dont have to use beer. put pineapple juice and some spice in the can instead its vey good
- corona babi!!!
- what ever you drink, or think doesn't smell bad, really, all beer has a diff. oder, do you like strong or mild....my pick is bud
- I have used numerous beers during cooking, and each has a distinct flavor. For chicken, I would use something domestic like Budweiser or Miller Lite.
- It is not the beer that is important, it's the fact that you have a liquid simmering inside your chicken that makes it moist and juicey. I have even heard that you may use a Coke can, or even an empty can with some juice added in. Just remember to leave about a quarter inch empty on top (to prevent boiling over) and always add a few spoons of the rub inside the can for extra flavor. Good Luck!
- I think a light beer is the way to go here. Less calories too! Try Miller Light!
- GUINESS IS EXCELLENT IF YOU CAN FIND THE CANS
