- My Fav recipe ; * 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves * 1 can (12 ounces) beer * 1 cup chili sauce * 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 2-inch chunks * 2 ribs celery, sliced * 4 carrots, peeled & sliced * 1 medium onion, sliced * 1/4 cup flour, mixed with a little cold water to make a smooth paste * fresh chopped parsley, to garnish, optional PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients except flour mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours, until chicken is cooked through but still moist. Add flour and water paste to the sauce during the last 30 to 45 minutes. Continue cooking, covered, until sauce is thickened. Arrange vegetables and meat on large serving platter. Serve sauce separately. Garnish with parsley, if desired
- hi... you can chill the beer and have it as for the chicken.... you can wash add 1/2 tsp salt, pepper 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp lemon juice, then chilly powder1 tsp ,1 spoon curd and 1/2 tsp soya sauce...nicely marinate the chicken ..dip it in bread crumbs ...then fry it till crispy golden brown in shallow oil... and eat it with beer or you could then pull out the flesh nice and warm...after you have fried the chicken well ,roast 2 slices of bread... stuff it in and relax and have the quick sandwich...made by you viola!!! you will see heaven when you take the first bite bon appetite

- Drunk Chicken 1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer 5 tablespoons poultry seasoning 4 dashes liquid smoke flavoring 4 bay leaves 1 long metal skewer Rinse and dry the chicken. Remove excess fat and leave skin on. Lift skin from breast and thigh areas, slide bay leaves under skin. Coat chicken with poultry seasoning. Drink half the can of beer, pour liquid smoke into remaining beer. Raise tab on beer can until it is in the straight up position. Insert beer can into chicken from the bottom until even with bottom of chicken. Insert skewer through the wing, ribs, tab on beer can, and out the opposite side. (this keeps the can from falling out the chicken). Prepare grill: light the coals, and when they are ready, spread coals to form a ring around the outside edge of the grill. Place chicken in center standing up on can to cook. Cover and cook for two hours. Remove carefully from grill so as not to spill the contents of the can. Remove skewer and beer can, let chicken sit for fifteen minutes before cutting.
- RUB THE CHICKEN BREAST DOWN WITH OLIVE OIL, AND THE RUB TONY CHACHEREZ' CAJUN SPICE ON THE CHICKEN.WRAP IN FOIL WITH SLICED ONION AND GARLIC. LAY IN 9X11 CAKE PAN , POKE SMALL VENT LIKE HOLES AROUND THE SIDES, AND POUR BEER INTO THE PAN TIL JUST AT THE HOLES. COOK FOR 1 1/2 HOURS, AND ENJOY YOUR LAZY DRUNK CHICKEN.... YOU SOUND LIKE A DUDE THAT'S ON THE GO A LOT, THIS IS A SHORT PREP TIME , WHILE ITS COOKIN, YOU CAN BE GETTIN READY TO GO OUT, AND WHEN YOUR READY , YOU CAN SIT DOWN AND EAT BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE. OR MAYBE INVITE SOMEONE FOR DINNER ...THROW A SALAD TOGETHER AND SOME SMOTHERED POTATOES, AND ENJOY EACH OTHERS COMPANY. THAT WOULD IMPRESS THE PANTS OFF OF HER. CAN I SAY THAT ON HERE?
