- My wife made this very good chicken dish. Rub taco seasoning on chicken breast cutlets. Cover them with salsa and bake at 350 for 30 min. Spread shredded cheddar over chicken ten minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream.. Very simple and delicious.
- Get a can of rotel and taco seasoning and cook it with chicken. I made that up and it is SOOOO good!
- toss the plucked and rinsed bird into a roasting pan, (remove the paper wrapped giblets)sprinkle some garlic powder and curry powder in a can of mushroom soup. mix with another can of water. dump all over the bird and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or so. salt to taste .YUMMM
- mix flour and seasoning whatever you want together, coat chicken in milk and roll in the flour mix, coat bottom of a glass casserole dish with melted butter.. add chicken and bake in oven at 450 for about half hour, keep making sure that the chicken stays coated with butter on top and you will have a nice crust on the chicken when done MAKE SURE THE CHICKEN IN NOT PINK.. and enjoy :P

- Boil leek on small amount of bullion, when leek is soft add 2-3 sp. of vodka + fried chicken (pieces)+ salt,pepper Serve whit rice
- marinate in any oil based salad dressing and cook on the grill. I like Paul Newman's balsamic vinegar.Good season's italian is good also. eat hot or cold.

- roll boneless skinless chicken brests in melted butter then in crushed popato(sp) chips, bake in oven on 325 until chicken is cooked through- this is great, a little fattening but ver tasty!
- Quick, Easy -N- Fast Chicken Strips Recipe 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 beaten egg 1 T. dijon mustard 1 T. water 1/4 C. flour 3/4 C. dry seasoned bread crumbs 2 T. vegetable oil 2 T. butter 1/2 t. lemon pepper seasoning salt to taste Cut each chicken breast in 6 pieces. In a small bowl, mix together egg, mustard and water. Add the flour and lemon pepper together on a plate. Place the breadcrumbs on another plate or wax paper. Dip the strips in the flour, then the egg and the breadcrumbs. Repeat until you have coated all the chicken. In a 12 inch skillet add the oil and butter. Add the chicken and brown on all sides. It should take about 6 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or ranch dressing. Serves 4. Variation: Add 1/3 C. finely chopped pecans or sesame seeds to the breadcrumbs.
- Par cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Place in a baking dish. Cover with a can of cream of celery soup mixed with half a can of water and half a cup of sour cream. Chopped onion if you like. Make chicken flavored stove-top stuffing per box directions and pat down over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees about 45 minuted till bubbly.

- Easiest is to cook chicken and then make quesadillas. Just make like you would a grilled cheese, using tortillas instead of bread, and instead of sliced cheese, fill with chicken, shredded cheese. Butter the outsides, fill and flip. Done.
- Arroz con Pollo: The best! Fry some chopped onion until translucent, fry a cut up chicken (small pieces are better) Season with salt and pepper. When golden on all sides, take off the heat and set aside. In same pan, saute some chopped red bell pepper, chopped carrot and some peas. Add a cup of parboiled rice and a few strings of saffron. saute for 4-5 minutes, add the fried pieces of chicken and 2 cups of hot chicken stock, Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce fire to min and let simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. It should look yellow and colorful from all the vegetables. Enjoy!
- Easy Baked Chicken 1 fryer chicken 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream mushroom soup Place chicken in baking dish. Mix onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Spread over chicken. Cover and bake at 350* for 1 hour. Smothered Chicken Chicken patties (preferably grilled) place on bed of chicken flavor rice (Country Crock has some yummy prepared rice) Top with bacon and mushrooms and melted swiss cheese. Chicken Italian 4 oz. spaghetti sauce mozzarella, swiss and parmesan cheeses Cook chicken patties. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses and let melt.
- Cut chicken into pieces - not very big, about 2 in or so Coat in flour Fry - I use an electric fryer- til they're golden - make sure they are cooked all the way thru Coat in hot sauce. Serve with ranch.
