Roasted chicken, cheese and beer for dinner?

Hi, Today for dinner I had Roasted chicken along with beer and cheese. It was so good and I want to have it at least once every week. I have nice couch too and a good stereo. Next time, I am going to have some friends over. So who prefer my way of Roasted chicken, cheese and beer for diner. Anything I can add to this? What are your favourites for dinner? Thanks in advance!
