HELP:) Anyone have a good recipe for beer can chicken? See below...?

I will be using a gas grill. Thanks much:)

  1. Drunk Chicken - Open the can, Budwiser is the best for this because the cheaper the beer, the more foam it creates and that is what you need Empty half of it. (this will not be to hard there is always a taker), Put two Gallic cloves, about two tablespoons of butter and what ever seasoning you like, in the can. Put the chicken on top of the can. (looks like it is sitting on it) You might need a cooking stand to help with this. Coat the outside of the chicken with butter, you also might want to put some on the outside of the beer can, it makes it easier to get it off when it is finished. Put it on the back of the hot grill for about two hours to roast the beer/butter mixture starts to bubble and foams out and seasons the chicken while it is cooking. It gives it a great flavor and I do it on a gas grill all the time.
  2. Check out the link I listed. Non-commercial site that takes you step by step complete with photos. I tried the listed recipe on my gas grill and it turned out super!
