Looking for a grilled chicken fillet recipe with gravy and veges....?

I saw this in pictures and restaurants and it looks divine but i can not prepare english food that well, please help with a recipe that goes well with savoury rice.

  1. This isn't quite English but it is good. Take a baking dish and place 3-4 boneless chicken breasts in the bottom. Cover with a reduction (very thick) of cream of mushroom soup. Bake covered at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes. Serve with rice and steamed veggies.
  2. SAUCY CHICKEN FILLETS 4-6 chicken fillets, skinned 3/4 c. boiling water 2 chicken bouillon cubes Garlic powder to taste 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, dissolved in 1 tsp. water Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, then add remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken fillets and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered. Baste well. OPTIONAL: Sliced mushrooms may be added last 1/2 hour of cooking time. Garlic Chicken Gravy recipe Makes 1 1/2 cups. 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 cup milk 1 cup chicken broth 2 teaspoons garlic powder In a medium skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour to form a paste. Whisk in milk and broth until smooth. Add garlic powder. Reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 5 minutes Frozen mixed veggies (1 lb/500 g) 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet Indonesian soy sauce found in ethnic section of grocery store) cook all together
