Any ideas on a good grilled chicken marinade?

I plan on grilling some chicken sometime within the coming week and I am looking for a good " über Nacht " chicken marinade recipe FROM SCRATCH- not those store bought kinds. Anything from marinades with a foreign flair, teriyaki, or some with the zest of lemon. Anything. Please help.
