Grilled Teriyaki Chicken?
Does anyone know any good teriyaki chicken recipes for an outdoor charcoal grill? Something that won't take too long to marinade since I didn't begin yet. I appreciate everyone who suggets recipes.

- 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup sweet sherry 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root 2 cloves minced garlic juice of 1 lemon 1 pound boneless chicken chunks pineapple chunks in juice Mix marinade and soak chicken Skewer chicken chunks and pineapple and broil or grill until done. Serves 4
- supposedly you are supposed to grill the chicken without sauce & when it's almost done (after 7-8 minutes per side) then baist it with the sauce for just a minute or two. To make sauce mix1/3 part brown sugar & 2/3 part soy sauce & garlic, plus a splash of water. Good Luck
- If you don't have time to marinade, you can just whip up this teriyaki sauce and brush it on the chicken as you are grilling it. 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon cold water 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 (4 oz.) can pineapple slices Teriyaki sauce Soak chicken in warm salt water. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Mix pineapple juice with enough teriyaki sauce to cover bottom of glass casserole dish. Drain chicken and place in sauce mixture, top with pineapple slices. Marinade at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Cook on grill until done, don't over cook! Makes juicy, tender chicken!
